We solicit your support to
reach our endowment goal of $8 million.
- Member Endowments - A one-time grant from a participating forest landowner
of $0.25 per acre provides permanent support to an applied research and
development program that meets all objectives. The minimum grant for
full membership participation is $2,500 for non-land holders. The maximum
is $400,000.
- Third-Party Endowments - We solicit grants from all
foundations wishing to support research, technical development and services
which support and improve management of our forest lands.
- Annual Participation
Assessments - Forest management organizations may also participate in
the Institute through annual dues assessments at $0.02/acre ($0.05/hectare)
as a substitute for an endowment. Minimum of $1,000/year.
- The FBRI total
endowment goal is four million dollars.
- Annual operating budgets are
derived from proceeds of this endowment fund and from annual dues.
- Note - All annual assessments will cease once the Institute is fully endowed.
